At 24, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour.

Overnight, everything changed - the surgery, the physio, the recovery.

It gave me a second chance at life, and with it, a deeper understanding: our health isn’t something we can take for granted.

That’s why I do what I do now. Helping women build strength, balance, and energy isn’t just a job for me, it’s my mission.

WHY I COACH

We only get one life, and it’s too short to spend stuck in cycles of burnout, guilt, or starting over every Monday. I coach because I believe fitness should give you more out of life - more energy, more confidence, more freedom to enjoy the things (and people) you love.
